This site is maintained by Indue Ltd ACN 087 822 464 ("Indue") on behalf of your Financial Institution that issued you your Rewarder Card. Indue is firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. We maintain robust physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information in our care.

How do we collect personal information?
Indue is a wholesale provider of aggregated financial products and services to the finance industry. Our clients include credit unions, mortgage originators and church development funds. Indue rarely has direct contact with the individual Rewarder cardholders and is reliant on its clients to supply accurate cardholder details to us in order for us to execute various back office financial service functions.

What personal information do we collect?
We collect information that is required for use in the Rewarder Loyalty Programme and any accounts linked to the use of the Rewarder card. The type of information we collect may include your name, your mailing address, telephone number, tax file number and other financial details necessary to process various transactions.

How we use personal information
We use personal information to provide our clients and their Rewarder customers with numerous financial products and services. Indue may use the information for related purposes, such as:

  • identification of fraud and error
  • regulatory reporting and compliance
  • internal accounting and administration
  • assisting our clients to identify a need for other products or services
  • servicing our relationship with our clients

Is the information disclosed to third parties?
We may disclose information about individuals as permitted by law. We may share information with regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials, provide information to protect against fraud and share information with your consent. From time to time, we enter into agreements with other companies to provide services to us or make products and services available to our clients. Under these agreements, the companies may receive personal information, but they must safeguard this information and may not use it for any other purposes.

Indue has implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security procedures in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorised personnel are provided access to personally identifiable information in order to perform their roles and these employees and agents have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of this information. Indue regularly reviews security and encryption technologies and will strive to protect information to the fullest extent possible.

Access and correction of personal information
Indue has no direct contact with individual Rewarder customers and consequently is dependent on its clients to provide accurate information and update records regarding the individual customer. Wherever practical and reasonable Indue will provide access to personal information. To correct any information contained on this website, please contact your Financial Institution.

Use of cookies
A cookie is a small piece of text that is placed within the memory of a computer and can be later retrieved by web page servers for marketing and other purposes. Indue respects your privacy and accordingly does not use cookies to collect information about your web browsing habits.
